About the Classes

Triple Threat training

Performing Arts is built on three core disciplines: Dance, Singing and Acting. Our timetable is carefully designed around these foundations and will include:

Dance

Students will train in Musical Theatre Dance, including Jazz and Modern Theatre technique, alongside a full company warm-up, body conditioning sessions, and a company stretch and cool down to finish each day.

Singing.

Students will focus on vocal warm-ups and technique, harmony work, song and repertoire, developing vocal strength, confidence and performance skills.

Acting.

Students will explore voice training, performance skills, improvisation, accents, script work and group scene study, building confidence and stage presence.

About our classes

Our teachers are experienced industry professionals, bringing with them the knowledge and skills gained through their own training and performance careers. Each class is delivered in a professional and supportive training environment, where students are encouraged to develop their technique, confidence and performance skills.

Our programme is designed for mixed abilities, welcoming both beginners and more experienced performers. Whether you are a strong singer looking to improve your dance, or a dancer wanting to build confidence in acting and vocal performance, our classes are structured to support a range of strengths and experience levels.

Previous training in dance, singing or acting is beneficial but not essential - what matters most is a willingness to work hard, challenge yourself and enjoy learning alongside other passionate performers.

Group 2: Ages 14-19

Both groups will run simultaneously in separate studios, with each group completing their five daily classes together.

Each class lasts 1 hour, with a 15-minute break between sessions. The day will begin with a full company warm-up for both groups combined, followed by a company cool down and stretch at the end of the day.

Students will also have a 1-hour lunch break to rest, refuel and spend time getting to know other performers.

Please bring plenty to eat and drink throughout the day. A packed lunch is required (please note we operate a strict no-nut policy). With five classes each day, it’s important that students stay well fuelled and hydrated.

Please note ALL STUDENTS must stay onsite even if 16+ for the lunch break. This is an opportunity to make new friends, for a Q and A with our Students Helpers who are all currently professionally training. Outdoor space will be available for fresh air.
